How to request
Email customersupport@orpheum.in with the subject Delete my Eden account, or submit the form below and select Account deletion.
Include your ABHA address and the mobile number linked to your Eden account.
We will verify your identity (for example by OTP to the mobile number on the account) before processing.
What we delete
1. Your Eden account and profile data stored by Orpheum
2. Health records and related data stored in Eden for that account
3. Device tokens, app sessions, and similar account-linked operational data
What we may keep
Information we are required to retain under applicable law (including DPDP / other legal obligations) for the required period
Your ABHA Number / ABHA address in the ABDM ecosystem are government identifiers; deleting your Eden account does not by itself delete your ABHA with ABDM
Timing We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Deletion of Eden-held data is permanent once completed.
